Website service
The website provides property, project and agency information and accepts enquiries. Operator details appear below. Browsing, saving a property or submitting a form does not itself create a brokerage, purchase, rental or other transaction contract, or reserve a property. Service scope, fees and transaction conditions are agreed separately.
Listing information
Prices, availability, areas and other details may change. Information may come from owners, developers and other sources. Photos, visualisations, maps and descriptions are informational; confirm material details and documents with an agent before deciding. A displayed price is not itself a guaranteed offer for a particular transaction.
Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and provide only information you are entitled to submit. Do not submit misleading enquiries or unnecessary third-party or sensitive data. Unauthorised access, bypassing security, spam and actions that disrupt availability are prohibited.
Content and intellectual property
Design, brands, text and images belong to Starlex or their respective rights holders. You may browse information and share links. Republishing or commercially using content may require permission, subject to statutory exceptions. Submitting content does not remove your responsibility to have the right to use it.
