"Valdemāra Passage" - a unique architectural complex in the heart of Riga.
The famous beverage factory "Bier und Porterbrauerei und Malzfabrik C. Stritzky", which was built in 1887 by businessman Karl Christoph von Strick, is mentioned in all catalogs and address books of the second half of the 19th century, as an important part of industrial Riga.
In 2009, the building was completely restored and became a thriving B+ office and shopping center with a total area of 7135.9 sq.m. The builders of M. "Valdemāras Passage" worked carefully to preserve the original style of the building and create a unique work space that would inspire the companies in it.
