"Valdemāras Pasāža" - a unique architectural complex in the heart of Riga.
The famous brewery "Bier und Porterbrauerei und Malzfabrik C. Stritzky", built in 1887 by entrepreneur Karl Christoph von Stritzky, is mentioned in all catalogs and address books of the second half of the 19th century as an important part of industrial Riga.
In 2009, the building was completely restored and became a thriving B+ grade office and shopping center, with a total area of 7135.9 sq. M. The builders of "Valdemāra Pasāža" worked carefully to preserve the original style of the building and create a unique workspace that would inspire the companies located there. The wooden architecture of the building's attic was preserved in its entirety. Fragments of wooden and brick facades, non-standard window frames have been preserved in several rooms.
Being one of the best commercial buildings in terms of technical equipment, and thanks to its convenient location in the city center, today "Valdemāra Pasāža" is also famous for its tenants - many creative and progressive Latvian companies have located their offices here.
