The premises are handed over to the tenant in their existing condition - installation of flooring, adjustment of the room layout, painting of the walls in the desired colors are carried out at the tenant's expense, i.e. the tenant completely independently or with the owner's labor, paying for the work and materials. During the renovation, it is possible to agree on rental holidays, as well as for larger investments, it is possible to agree on a slightly lower rental rate in the first years of the lease.
The premises are compliant and adapted for medical institutions; the tenant may change the required 1264 code with the authorization of the landlord and his architect.
Preschool educational institutions may also be considered, but it will not be possible to coordinate a children's playground in the area.
