Ozolu skola is a place in Northern Latvia, surrounded by the Aumeisteri hills and steeped in history, where you can live, find peace, and merge with nature. The largest Latvian forest massifs nearby are full of natural gifts and beautiful walking areas. The longest river in Latvia, the Gauja, flows 5 km from the border with Estonia. The property is located in a very scenic location, around the large building, where there is an ancient park with a linden alley.

The origins of the school date back to 1726, but the current school building, with spacious, bright rooms, was built in 1911. 120 children once studied here. Ozoli Primary School performed its function until 2019. Now the property has regained its second wind, begun a historical revival, and become a private art and music space.

The electrical installation has been replaced - 3-phase, and a fire alarm has been installed.
On the first floor of the building: 2 apartments (44m2 and 62m2) with all amenities. Two shared showers, three toilets, a laundry room, and a wardrobe. Shared dining room (45m2) and kitchen (30m2). Exit to the basement – 70m2.
On the second floor, there is a main apartment with all amenities (130m2), a concert hall (87m2), and a library with an organ (60m2).
On the third floor, there are seven rooms suitable for overnight stays (up to 25 people), as well as a small kitchen, two toilets, and a shower.
The water drains have been replaced, and a shaft has been created around the building to drain rainwater.
