Premises suitable for beauty treatments are located in the center of Riga, at Lāčplēša Street 27 (next to the New Riga Theatre).
- the renovation has just begun, will be completed in ~ 1.5 months by mid-April.
- 4 small isolated rooms will be built with a water supply to the sink in each room (see plan in the appendix).
- flooring - vinyl; walls painted (tenant can choose shade within the next ~ month).
- new built-in LED lamps in the ceiling.
- a disabled-friendly WC + shower will be built in the common area.
- in case of great need, according to the plan, a private WC of 7.3 m2 can be built for the tenant in room No. 9.
- tenants of physiotherapy and aesthetic beauty care in the neighborhood.
- attached are photos of offices that have already been renovated in the building over the past year, there is an opportunity to show already renovated offices in person.
