Renting an autonomous building in Old Riga, Zirgu Street 14 (1788 - architect Christoph Haberland).
From 1992 to 2013, the building housed the Norwegian Embassy. In 2015, a reconstruction project for the building was developed into an "office building with a pavilion" based on a design by the architectural firm "Vincents", and the renovation and extension of the new building were completed in 2020.
The building has a wide range of possible uses - office building (in the historic building), apartments (in the historic building), restaurant (both in the new pavilion and in the historic building).
It is also possible to divide it between 2 different tenants - the historical building at Zirgu Street 14 - 575 m2 and the pavilion at Līvu Square 2 - 350 m2.
A fully equipped kitchen with a ventilation system and all the necessary kitchen equipment has been built in the basement of the historic building.
A 72 m2 yard is available from the Zirgu Street side, which can be used both as an additional terrace area and for any other tenant ideas.
During the reconstruction, high-quality materials were used in the finishing of the building, and the office space is offered with full finishing.
