As part of the building renovation, the facades were renovated, the windows were replaced, as well as the roof, gutters and drains. Renovation work was also carried out inside the buildings, new engineering networks were built (water supply and sewage, heating networks, electrical installations), and the staircases were also renovated, giving them light and a historical aura.

The emphasis in the renovation works of the buildings will be placed on the staircases, where we want to preserve the historical atmosphere, restoring the wrought iron railings and ash wood lintels that have survived from the time of the construction of the buildings, while at the same time creating a warm and cozy atmosphere with light colors. The exterior doors of the apartments have been replaced with wooden doors with a fire resistance class of EI30. The painting of the walls and ceilings will also be renewed. The exterior doors of the staircases have also been replaced with insulated metal doors. In order to ensure energy efficiency in the buildings, the windows in the buildings have been replaced with PVC windows with a high thermal resistance coefficient (U=1.1W/m2k), and the attics will also be insulated in the buildings. The exterior walls of the buildings have been renovated with plaster and the facade has been painted.
Improvement works have been carried out in the territory, building a new surface, fencing the territory. New parents will be able to appreciate not only the advantages provided by Ziedoņdārz, but also the children's playground and benches that have been arranged in the courtyard of the complex. When improving the courtyard, new covered waste container shelters will be installed. Various seedlings will also be planted and landscaping works will be carried out.
