The Bridge Hotel is located in Riga, on the left bank of the Daugava, in the Agenskalns district. Historically, the left bank of the Daugava stood out with a large number of universities and other educational institutions, as a result of which a hotel was established in 2016. Our concept envisages a double function - from September to May, the building functions as a student residence, and from June to August as an economy class hotel. Thus, it was possible to collect the best of both models under one roof, eliminating the seasonal downtime of the premises. The hotel has been successfully profitable and has been operating even during the recent crisis when the borders were closed.
