"VILLA 11" is a renovated Art Nouveau building, built in 1900 by architect Rudolf Heinrich Cirkvics, and is located in the historical center of Riga at Vīlandes Street 11. "VILLA 11" is a sophisticated and modern living space in the quiet center of the city.
About the project
The historic six-story Vīlandes 11 building and its modern extension have 41 functionally different apartments for different tastes. The historic building has 26 apartments, ranging from 81 sq m to 233 sq m, ceiling height from 3.20 m to 4.60 m in the attic apartments. The modern building has 15 apartments, ranging from 90 sq m to 327 sq m, ceiling height 2.7 m.
The apartment layouts are designed to meet the highest standards of living and today's lifestyle requirements. The historic building has been successfully merged with a modern extension, which combines technology and functionality with the romanticism so characteristic of Art Nouveau.
For the convenience of residents, a gym and storage facilities are located on the basement floor of the building. The courtyard has individually designated parking spaces, secure bicycle storage under the roof, and 6 electric vehicle charging stations.
"VILLA 11" as a place to live is characterized by comfort, aesthetics, modernity, safety, energy efficiency and sustainability. "VILLA 11" is an environmentally friendly building, equipped with solar panels, triplex windows, an air recovery system and smart climate control. A high level of security is provided by smart access control, providing for opening doors with a chip, as well as using facial recognition. High-resolution cameras are located both in the building and on its territory.
Finishing
The project has selected high-quality finishing materials to create a long-lasting, aesthetically attractive and comfortable environment. The apartments are available with full finishing, built-in furniture and household appliances, autonomous climate control, including air conditioners in each living room.

The kitchens were designed in collaboration with one of the best kitchen furniture manufacturers in Germany – Nolte Küchen. The kitchen finish includes: Nolte Küchen built-in furniture with premium class equipment, Siemens home appliances, Franke plumbing, adjustable LED lighting, and spacious work surfaces.
The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality plumbing, underfloor heating. Almost every apartment has a separate laundry room, equipped with furniture from the German furniture manufacturer Nolte and an AEG washer-dryer.

All the benefits of the center are available just a few steps away – various shops, schools and kindergartens, cafes and restaurants, embassies, as well as the beautiful city gardens and parks for relaxing in the fresh air.
