In the first phase of the complex, the ground floor will house retail space, warehouses and ancillary facilities, while the second floor will house office space. Parking spaces will also be available for both customers and employees. The complex is being built at Ulbrokas Street 34A, near the intersection with Augusta Deglava Street.
